I found the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a really good selection. My suite was both spacious and comfortable. The views of Table Mountain were a definite highlight.
The light next to the bed didn't turn completely off so I had to unscrew the bulb each night.

the location was convenient. i found it easy to access nearby attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful. they assisted with directions and recommendations. the breakfast offered a good variety of options. i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection.
the room service menu was quite limited after 9 pm. there were not many choices available. the gym equipment looked a bit outdated. some machines needed maintenance. the noise from the street was noticeable at times. it sometimes disrupted my sleep.

There was slow service in the restaurant. Coffee in the room took a very long time. I collected it myself. The staff needs training in communication.
